The overall energy with these cards speaks of motivation, intuition, and a sense of stability all feeling out of sync. Every card reversed suggests not a lack of opportunity, but energy within that is waiting for redirection. Financial flow has slowed not because doors are closed, but because something within is asking to be re-balanced before those doors can open fully.
 

SELF: The 4 of Wands reversed reflects your feelings of uncertainty progress and success as well as your place in the working world. Normally this card signals celebration and a sense of homecoming, it is a time to enjoy what you have built. This is what can be and what should be, but with the card in reverse it says you are not feeling  and sense of security or satisfaction. This is what I call the ‘duh’ card, usually the first card I pull in any spread will basically speak of the situation and tells of the the things you already know; it just confirms the situation you are facing. This card wants to tell you that you are feeling more pressure than what is warranted. While things could be better and that is your aim, do not dwell in the lack but give gratitude and be happy with what you do have. You are in a better position than a lot of people. You are not to compare yourself to others, or feel that you are supposed to live up to levels that others expect of you. Your sense of success should be your own and based on the things that YOU desire. You are allowed to celebrate each of the accomplishments that you have made towards your goals. Acknowledge those milestones. Remember that you are not here to please other’s only yourself and to be disappointed by the judgment of others as it will only feed you doubt and that will not be of any help.
Claim your inner sense of home with gratitude and recognizing each step towards abundance and external stability will come with ease.
 
CHALLENGES: The Ace of Wands reversed is about stagnation of creative or motivational energy; burnout. Where there was once ‘fire’ ~ passion and enthusiasm, there is now frustration and fatigue. Getting stuck in a rut is a challenge to get out of at times. If you have been feeling uninspired about your work or unsure what direction to take next, the Ace reversed asks you to take a step back. It may be that you are trying too hard in the wrong ways. You could be focused on the wrong thing, thinking it is the only way. You have been pushing so hard and are so tired from it that your head is down and you are not able to see ‘the light’. Consider that your burnout is the source of blockage and you MUST find a new path and passion. Think about what excites you and go for it. As long as you keep doing what you are doing, you will continue to be stuck and feel helpless. Most of all this is a card that is cheering you on and says, ‘Don’t give up.’ Look to the things that bring you down and start systematically replacing them with other actions, attitudes and aims.

ADVANTAGES: The High Priestess in reverse speaks of not listening to your intuition and that there is a temporary disconnect from your own inner voice. But how is this an advantage? The HP is wise and can recognize when one should not be relying on logic, advice, or external validation. Instead she listens to what deeper knowing that she already understands. The advantage here is that this disconnection is easily fixable!
You have been getting intuitive messages and signs from the Universe but like the cards above hinted on, you are not trusting things and your head is so down that you are not seeing what all is happening around you. This is why you need to stop, take a step back and LOOK. The answers are whispering in your mind and the mind has been talking over it. To listen and hear this intuitive voice, you need to take the time to be still and have faith. 
You have opportunities waiting for you and making a change and getting out of the rut is part of the needed process. You cannot be ready for it if you don’t make a shift. You may have been missing the signs, or possibly just ignoring them. Time for that to stop. Look around, have faith and believe. You have the inner wisdom, you just need to break out of this rut. You know what it feels like and you have been there before so you just need to get back to it; feel that feeling again. To help you, you can use journaling, meditation and just quite moments to focus your direction as well as ground yourself so that you have the traction to get out of the rut. You create that place for silence and your will be show the steps needed to reach your goals.

FINAL THOUGHTS~
As the saying goes, “follow your bliss”. That’s the nutshell message here. It does not have to be hard, it should not be hard. When you can see and believe that you have what you want and feel good about the progress being made; no matter how big or small, then you are in the flow and things will unfold in an almost magical way. You can let go of the standard that others have imposed upon you as this is your race and how you run it is none of their business. Stop trying to please others and do the thing that pleases yourself. Remember to stop and breathe! Take a quiet time out when you start feeling stressed, pressured or a little lost. Ask the Universe for direction and it will show you the way. Making a change within is the only way to make changes around you and get to it… the flood gates of abundance are waiting for you to redirect yourself.
